My daily tasks included; typing invoices for the accounts that we printed papers for, figuring up the cost of the color that was used in each publication, estimating the daily waste analysis of newsprint that was used, answering the phones, faxing invoices, submitting invoices to the bookkeeping department for payment on our departments accounts, entering in the timecard information and vacation days used in our timecard software (ceridian).
