Daily Duties at Giga Information Group:
Laptop and desktop deployment, configuration and personalization for company network, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office for US based users. Creation and maintenance of software images through ImageCast and Ghost. National asset management for all computer hardware, and local office software licenses. Repair and testing of all computer hardware issues, contacting vendors and OEMs when necessary.
