· Produced multiple events from concept-inception to conclusion for various Profit and Not for Profit organizations · Anticipated clients needs and conceptualized their vision · Responsible for all aspects of contract negotiation with vendors, contractors and security · Acted as liaison between the client, local authorities, city officials, venues and event personnel to ensure desired outcomes · Conducted needs analysis for accurate determination of space planning, set designs and decorations · Designed and developed PR kits/press packets for public distribution · Conducted necessary training workshops to marketing and event personnel · Coordinated communication between catering, field and event staff, target audiences and interdepartmental logistics · Developed, implemented and managed all aspects of event budgets, accounting and reporting
