·Responsible for the management of open-air shopping centers totaling approximately 750,000 Square Feet ·Executed lease administration and management ·Determined, billed and collected Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges for each tenant ·Calculated and collected applicable gross sales information from tenants ·Coordinated and reported monthly property budget variances to investors ·Analyzed tenant accounts making necessary adjustments ·Tracked and implemented rental increases according to current Consumer Price Index (CPI) ·Responsible for accounts payable maintenance and reconciliation including coding and payment of vendor invoices ·Responsible for the of maintenance of all service contracts, certificates of insurance and licensing
