Daily Duties at National Telecommuting Institute:
I worked on two contracts. One was for the IRS forms and pulications department taking orders from the public for forms and publications, from home. The other for The Answer Group as a customer experience auditor. I listened to pre-recorded phone calls and audited the agents performance, also from home.
