Daily Duties at Td Banknorth:

• Question customers in face to face interactions so that their specific financial needs can be matched with the correct products and services. • Complete required steps and proper forms to open various financial products for each individual customer. • Ensure proper departments receive completed paperwork for each customer to guarantee efficient customer service interactions. • Assist customers with any account inquiries via phone or in person. • Contact customers via telephone or mail about promotions and or new products we are offering. • Assist Business Development Sales Manager with various branch related tasks including but not limited to cash handling, vault audits, and teller assistance.
