Daily Duties at Antioch Manor:
Plan and direct services for Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Section 202 subsidized housing for 103+ seniors. Increase in performance contract analysis 25% through workshops and community interventions; retained partnerships with agency support programs as well as secured additional program providers for senior residents Contribute to the awareness and quality improvement of program development by conducting seminars, workshops, and designing and distributing monthly newsletters to residents, the community and agency assistance providers; maintain 100% year-round resident occupancy as result
