Nomoreforms is a paperless workflow solution for insurance companies as well as clients utilizing the system for human resource purposes. nomoreforms™ has been developed using the Java™2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) Specification. ? Call Center Lead Technical support specialist. ? Developed the NIPR (National Insurance Producer Registry) Gateway Technical System manual. This manual is the guide that is used to assist other help desk personnel as well as to train new technical support specialists. ? Troubleshoot system issues (client PC’s) as it relates to Internet Explorer and the Adobe Reader applications. The Adobe Reader acts as a plug in to the nomoreforms system. ? Utilizing various applications and websites, troubleshoot the appointment/termination process for licensed or soon to be licensed agents/agencies. ? Recipient of award (gift certificate) for outstanding customer support. Applicant Insight 2006 Software Project Manager Background: Applicant Insight is a nationwide provider of background screening and drug testing services. Responsibilities included Ai’s internal software as well as the web based system design changes. ? Enlist appropriate levels of management (clinical services, operations & accounting managers) to formulate and define the scope of work and project specifications. ? Manage project code changes in scheduling by coordinating and responded to the changes from the original specifications. ? Recipient of the “Excellence” Award for outstanding performance and exceptional commitment.
