Daily Duties at Verizon:

Verizon - ICS – (Infinite Computer Solutions) 2004 – 2005 Project Manager/Contractor ? Responsible for developing detailed Microsoft project plans and work breakdown structures across all phases of the project, including milestones and project scope, managing to the plan. ? Project Manager for a group of software developers (JavaScript, & Informix) who were responsible for implementing configuration and coding changes necessary to meet the Business Requirements of Verizon.. ? Conducted weekly status meetings assigning duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel to ensure time effective completion of project deliverables.
