Daily Duties at Lucent Technologies:
Lucent Technologies (NetworkCare Professional Services) 1999-2000 Program Manager, Data Networking ? Manager for a virtual team of professional data Project Manager’s. ? Strategic planning coordination providing direction, communication and stakeholder accountability. ? Responsible for planning, organizing and executing the integration and installation of data networking solutions for concurrent multiple accounts. ? Responsible for tracking, coordination, risk mitigation and change control related to scheduling of technicians, staging of equipment, provisioning of data equipment and dispatching of Lucent data technicians. ? Global deployment of a 200+ site Frame Relay network with Nortel routers and switches for a large International insurance company. ? Project Manager, responsible for a large Frame Relay network rollout. Developed schedule and implementation plan for installation of Ascend Multiband Multiplexors, RPM’s (extends Category 5 cabling limitations), and Kentrox CSU’s with connectivity to video and PBX equipment. Lucent Technologies (NetCare Professional Services) 1997-1999 Project Manager ? Managed the integration, development, delivery and implementation of all purchased products and services. ? Responsible for several simultaneous projects including interfacing with Lucent internal teams, direct and indirect channel, and third party vendors. Designs and monitors integrated schedule on concurrent projects. Also manages teams of Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators. ? Responsible for coordinating installation, integration, and testing of solutions in support of the wide area network implementation for large customers.
