Daily Duties at At&T:
AT&T/Information Management Services File Transfer Service Delivery Engineer 1993-1994 ? Performed fault, performance and security management tasks based on AT&T standards. Processed and tracked internal requests for file transfer services. AT&T/Information Management Services Synchronous Service Engineer 1990-1993 ? Implemented internal design plans to convert the American Bell/AT&T legacy networks to the XNA (Extended Network Architecture) X.25 packet switching network. ? Team lead responsible for identifying non-certified products. Partnered with Product Engineering to take the product through the certification process. AT&T/Network Design and Operations Center 1983-1990 XNA Implementation Engineer ? Network trouble-shooting responsibilities for internal AT&T sites that were converted from the RMAF to XNA networks. ? Developed and documented Methods & Procedures for the software process that was utilized for the Gold system testing. ? Staff Manager for Data Processing & Corporate Telecommunications Provisioning group.
