Daily Duties at Mikasa :

• Handled over 20 International Accounts. Responsibilities included maintenance and update of customer’s accounts. • Worked in conjunction with Salesmen and director of Department to bring accounts up to date. • Entered new orders, including introductions to new Dinnerware patterns. Followed up with manufacturers and warehouse managers from processing of order until shipping of product. Prepared proformas and invoices upon completion of delivery of goods. • Entered customer’s information into computer system using AS400 and state of the art SAP. • Kept close relationships with customers via phone, fax and emails.
