Daily Duties at Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc.:
Purchased mechanical, electrical and electronic components, equipment and raw materials (steel) required for manufacture of large oilfield trucks, engine skids and computerized equipment. Transferred to another division to purchase raw materials (steel) and equipment to manufacture large generators, engine skids, electrical and electronic components. Interfaced with engineering, manufacturing and other departments. Computerized purchasing system was used extensively. Supervised two people. ISO 9001 certification.
