Provided specialized and general reference services through a variety of formats including face-to-face, email and online chat. Managed a collection of 20,000 print and electronic items to ensure it meets the needs of students, faculty and Deerwood Center initiatives. Monitored acquisitions and departmental budget of Deerwood Center Library. Provided library and information literacy instruction in the classroom and through workshops for students and faculty. Maintained Deerwood Center’s library web page and participated in the redevelopment of the system-wide library portal page. Collected and analyzed statistical data to support annual budget recommendations. Supervised and trained one full-time and seven part-time staff members.
