Daily Duties at Global Payments Inc:
•Identify and service merchant PC software product issues, communications, and third-party applications certified to process with Global Payments, in addition to continuing to support the Domestic Help Desk. •Train merchants on the use and configuration of Global Payments software applications, including setup and configuration of Global Payments VPN connection using Cisco VPN software. •Follow standard operating procedures to properly escalate issues that can not be resolved on the first call, or that require modification to the host system. •Collaborated with Senior PC representatives to help create a PC Support document similar to the one created for the Domestic Help Desk. •Received several awards for exceeding Global’s key performance indicators such as call handling, call documentation, and customer satisfaction.
