As the Video Room Technician, the position was responsible for reviewing all surveillance tapes received from investigators, ensuring clients that tapes had been submitted, supplying investigators with surveillance items, thoroughly revieiwing reports and emails submitted by investigator, playing the checks and balance role for the company
