Account Manager (April 2006 – Present) Independently evaluating and maintaining a portfolio of national accounts, ranging from small executive fleets to large decentralized sales and delivery fleets through evaluation of weekly and monthly reporting to ensure efficient and effective use of all vehicles while marketing new and unused programs. Primary duties include: • Troubleshoot arising billing issues while aggressively searching for ways to increase clients cost savings • Provide timely and accurate reporting for each individual account • Completion of ad hoc background reports on client account activity for client management meetings and annual account review presentations • Calculated and adjusted vehicle lease depreciations and rates based on client utilization • Evaluating the historical data and current trends, in consideration for future vehicle selections, resale and potential maintenance costs
