Daily Duties at A & E Testing, Inc.:
Project Officer to thirty clients. Manager for the extraction lab and organic analysis division. Supervisor of two chemists. Assisted in the inorganic, wet, and bioassay labs. Peer reviewer to subordinates and peers. Conducted internal audits in addition to writing and revising SOPs. Trained in over 90 different EPA, SW846, ASTM, and NIOSH analytical methods including, but not limited to, pesticide/herbicide analysis by GC: ECD/NPD, TPH/BTEX by GC: PID/FID and GC: FID/TCD, semi-volatile and volatiles by GC/MSD, anions by IC, aldehydes by HPLC, trace metals by Flame/AA, demand by COD, TOC, and BOD, ammonia, TKN, and coliform culturing. Assisted with customer issues and requests. Also served as the lead chemist on investigative projects.
