• Diagnosed business initiatives to determine the appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions; used surveys, one-on-one interviews, and focus groups • Developed and executed leadership involvement plans • Assessed change readiness through developing and executing surveys; assisted team members with interpreting survey results to determine appropriate activities to encourage change • Educated and communicated to managers and executives the goals of organizational change, the processes which support change and methods for employing organizational change tools • Assisted Vice President with assigning organizational change work, monitoring progress, assessing skills of team members, and monitoring department budget • Assessed training needs and developed training programs to support company-wide technology implementation • Identified formal and informal leaders in company to engage them in change process and act as champions
