overseeing and implementing milestones for the artist, creating a brand for each band, handling all matters and disputes that arise in the course of the artist’s business, locating, evaluating, hiring, and motivating the artist’s team when needed, making sure that anyone with a role in the artist’s career such as producers, agents, lawyers and fans are working in collaboration to achieve the artist’s goals, serving as primary liaison to the media community, developing partnerships for strategic execution of business model, and directing marketing and promotional campaigns, and lastly managing the program budgets and facilitating relationships with vendors and industry associates
