• Facilitate various projects ranging from business and financial implementation of service campaigns to operational development of T1, T3, OC3, OC12, ISDN, Frame Relay and ATM services. • Manage internal and external circuit orders from inception to completion.Order and provision facilities (Fractional, T1, E1, DS3, OC3, OC12, STM1) and any associated CPE with commercial vendors and Bells, etc.• Analysis and Rate file production of Vendors costs for local loops, private lines, Internet T1s and DS3s, IPLs, OC3, or OC12 services Provide data analysis for determination of least cost vendor selection, cost control, and financial reporting.
