Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:

Business Systems Consultant • Build Adhoc Access queries and create reports from the information in the queries. • Handle customer escalations as needed. • Troubleshoot any problems that may arise with the Athena application and determine if it is a problem that I can resolve on the phone or if it needed to go to the programmers to be fixed. • Create and maintain excel spreadsheets for vacation time, issues during new initiatives, code releases and team call center statistics. • Analysis of statistics of call center data to determine trends and patterns to see if there are potential training opportunities within the call center or for the business bankers. • Answer support calls as needed and process maintenance items as needed. • Develop training materials or job aids as needed. • Train new hires and maintain ongoing training for the team. • Run daily, weekly and monthly call reports for my manager.
