Compensation/Price-outs for all salaried personnel (promotions/reclassifications); Interpreted personnel guidelines, resolved staff conflicts and negotiated wages; In charge of all salaried personnel Benefit plans for site, FMLA, LOA, EEO; Organize and attend recruitment fairs; Schedule and conduct interviews; Assemble new hire packages and input new hire data; Weekly indoctrination of new hires; Implementation of new employment requisitions; Process security clearances; Assign and issue all Electric Boat badges; Process all severances and exit interviews; Participate in accommodation review committee; Process Workers Compensation claims for Puget Sound location in accordance with L&I and Long Shore guidelines; Process extended work assignment travel requests; Trained Peer Counselor to support employees with the reduction in work force process; Use of all business machines
