Daily Duties at Howden Buffalo, Inc:

Provide direct support to the V.P. Human Resources and Corporate Manager of Benefits in such areas as benefits, employee relations, and special projects. HR Representative for the Camden, SC location. Provide HR support to all US and Mexico locations. Ensure all support processes are in place so that employee benefits are consistent and are in legal compliance. Compile and research all requests for pensions for retirees. Schedule all pension payments and ensure that all pension accounts are in balance monthly. Process all death, STD, and LTD claims for payment. First point of contact for all benefits claims issues. Responsible for all ad-hoc reporting (EEO-1, VET’S 100) company wide.
