Daily Duties at Gore 2000 Inc:
Provided written correspondence to constituents on behalf of the VPOTUS. · Responsibilities included reading, analyzing the letters content, and determining the appropriate written response. · Researched prior written speeches, media transcripts, public policies, and ensured continuity of the message provided to the public, composed draft letters, and input approved format letters. · Supervised, trained, approximately 20 volunteers, delegated work assignments, i.e. data entry, sorting mail, folding letters, and stuffing envelopes. · Created procedures that organized correspondence received by essential message, which created a more efficient bulk rate response for the generation of approximately 500 letters daily.
