Utilized oral communications, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability to ambiguity. · Managed, recruited local volunteers to assist with hotel, motorcade, and press logistics, conducted interviews, elicited sensitive information required for security clearance, and delegated work assignments. · Organized hotel events, negotiated vendor contracts, and controlled hotel room manifests for traveling entourage and guests, managed expenses for approximately 75-100 rooms per trip. · Demonstrated Whitehouse arrival and departure reception protocols for civilian dignitaries when visiting various cities.
