CREATIVE LEAD - Managed design team of five and led client design projects. Facilitated client meetings for requirements gathering, brainstorming sessions, focus group/website review, and pitched design concepts to client. Led development of all creative team deliverables including site maps, UI design, and web production. Collaborated with project managers to satisfy client objectives on time and within budget. Acted as project manager on design-focused client engagements. Attended long term, off-site client engagements focused on custom Internet strategies. Collaborated with executive management and marketing on internal communications projects. Attended new business calls to pitch the design services offering.
