? Utilize exceptional customer service skills in an inbound call center, handling irate customers. ? Acting floor coach and handled all escalated calls, trouble shooting to fix any problems and create resolution to satisfy both the client and the organization. ? Supervise and monitor workload of Order Entry team and Call Center ? Collect, type, and organize information in a variety of formats including spreadsheets, charts, letters, graphs, and various styles of reports ? Review files and documents updating information and respond to requests
