Daily Duties at Sea Change International:

CREATIVE DIRECTOR - (Promoted from Manager of User Interfaces) Managed client account relationships and led creative development of all custom, interactive Video on Demand (VOD) applications developed by SeaChange’s consulting division. Facilitated brainstorming and requirement gathering meetings with clients focused on the application architecture and user experience. Recommended strategy and engineering decisions related to enhancing UI development capabilities to engineering and senior management. Spearheaded the VOD product software’s brand strategy and created standards for GUI design, packaging, collateral, and sales communications. Collaborated with the marketing staff on consulting division marketing, and other brand projects including the SeaChange identity re-design. Report to President of consulting division.
