Daily Duties at The Sherman Group Inc:

? Source, recruit, interview, and process offers to prospective employees ? Create and maintain staff records and personnel files ? Compile employee orientation and hire packets; train new employees ? Handle accounts payable and budgeting for the region by utilizing profitable pricing and expense control, excellent math skills, and problem solving. ? Process employee timesheets and perform payroll duties for region ? Comply with EOC law, handling labor law and unemployment claims ? Assess possible Policy and Procedure changes and additions and write them as needed. ? Assist Regional Director and administrative team as necessary
