Daily Duties at Computer Science Corp:
Troubleshoot database using SQL and Command Language. Perform System backups (concurrent, differential, and incremental). Operate IBM mainframe, midrange, and STORAGETEK silo, Unix, HP UNIX, Unix Sun, VMX/VAX, MVS JES 11 &111, and AS400. · Assist in the training and motivation of staff, and coordinate the work of Team members. · Handle all customer complaints and requests. · Implement electronic transfer of tapes to offsite, utilizing Secure Sync
