• Train new mystery shoppers for Longs Drug stores • Schedule shoppers to do Longs Drugs locations • Enter data paperwork for shops completed • Enter in receipts for purchases made • Issue do not pays for shops done incorrectly • Help shoppers reschedule their shops • Issue pay requests for shoppers who lost receipts • Edit all paperwork sent to the review folder • Provide customers with assistance in entering data • Update shoppers profiles with current personal information • Answering multi line system phones and transferring calls
