Merchandising Manager; Manage the development of products, programs and merchandising programs as needed to grow sales through national accounts; i.e. Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, Walmart, etc. Designed and directed the production of retail display fixtures and temporary promotional displays, directed special packaging projects, private label programs, bar code solutions, service levels (fill-rates; 98%+ required), EAS product tagging, and ongoing market research.
