Daily Duties at Reconation Academy:

Responsible for working with delinquent females ages 13-18 * Responsible for conducting individual weekly counseling sessions and completing counseling notes. * Responsible for completing daily behavior notes on resident’s progress. * Responsible for facilitating various groups on a daily basis to aid in the resident’s treatment. * Responsible for behavior modification techniques for each resident. * Serve on crisis team to aid in daily/weekly crisis. * Educate residents in various life skills * Build a relationship of trust between the residents and I.
