Daily Duties at Ups Information Services Cim Visibility :

Gather, analyze, develop and communicate system policy improvements to the High Frequency Tracking procedures with regards to our customers. Investigate and perform analyses using MS Access to determine tracking activity of various UPS customers and clients on www.ups.com . Generate reports of the daily activities and transactions by the various customers and clients. Consult with the customer application groups to come a resolution in appropriate business practices. Implement systems and policies that enables our customers to process their information effectively and efficiently. Participate in strategic planning, design and re-engineering discussions consistent with the need for continuous improvement of the tracking systems.
