What they like about Extentech:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.

What it means to be job-hunting these days

Currently tackling head-on the challenging job market that exists now is certainly a way to hone your skills in many areas. Keeping your motivations up, networking, staying positive, being willing to try new things, this is all part of the deal. Giving up equals failure, and being organized and persistent leads to succuss. Job-hunting is always challenging and competitive, so we just need to do more to stand out, be proactive, and show how we are different and better than the other dozens of applicants. This is a doable project. Not easy maybe but nothing worth doing is easy.
