Daily Duties at Neumann Homes:
- Order and inventory office supplies - Provide job sites with updated material for construction projects - Review all drawings for seals - Separate and distribute PO’s and invoices - Research all purchase orders that were in question - Assist PM’s in pricing missing rates in contract - Maintain trucking permits and renew as needed - Receive and send UPS/FedEx shipments - Create and maintain hard and network filing systems - Assist Estimating with extensions, proposals, quotes and records - Assist with Accounting functions when needed
