Daily Duties at Millcreek Of Pontotoc:

Provided Individual. Group, Family, and Crisis Intervention therapy for children and adolescents. Conducted intakes including developing treatment plans and individual crisis management plans for each patient. Completed assessments as needed. Served on Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to track progress of each patient. Interfaced with the Department of Human Services, Group homes, local mental health agencies and Youth Probation to ensure a continuum of care when patient is admitted or discharged. Provided supervision for individual applying for licensure. Provided supervision for internship students.
