Assignment: Ms. Calhoon was a training specialist accountable for overseeing the development of the training and resource material for the council’s entire training program. She researched the training needs of participants and designed appropriate curricula. Ms. Calhoon’s responsibilities including designing, writing, editing, reviewing, evaluating, and revising all training and resource materials including trainer and participant manuals. Additional she was a standup training delivering various council courses. Ms. Calhoon was responsible for the design, development, and site management for the Council’s corporate Web site including programming, graphical user interface design, and graphical design.
