Daily Duties at Ceyoniq, Inc.:

Ms. Calhoon was the lead quality assurance engineer responsible for software application and Web portal testing for the companies various software applications. She wrote test scenarios and systematic installation instructions for Web portal application. As the lead, Ms. Calhoon cross-referenced Development Specification with Marketing Requirements to make sure the product test plan covered all specifications. She wrote work orders in an automated bug tracking system, Mercury TestDirector 7.2 and Support Magic Enterprise Edition v. 4.0, as well as installed server and client software, proprietary applications, configured test computers and servers. Ms. Calhoon provided some automated testing using Mercury WinRunner 6.0, Mercury LoadRunner, Microsoft Web Capacity Analysis Tool (WCAT), and Microsoft Web Application Stress Tool (WAS).
