Daily Duties at Computer Technology Services:

Ms. Calhoon was the project lead on a Web-based multimedia e-learning product for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). She designed and developed the graphical user interface design, graphic theme, and developed the instructional design of the course using the ADDIE ISD model, developed the storyboards, and programmed the WBT. Ms. Calhoon was responsible for supervising the audio/visual vendors, designers, and producers for this project. She was the graphical user interface designer and usability specialist for Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Web-based training project, as well as developing the storyboards, and programming the WBT. Ms. Calhoon wrote the Cash Management Life Cycle Training Participants’ Assessment Plan for the Department of Education project. She was the senior educational technologist and graphic designer for the TRIM Context Web-based multimedia e-learning product including developing the storyboards, developing the WBT graphics, and programming the WBT. She was responsible for taking screen captures of the TRIM system using SnagIt 6.0 and creating AVI movie demonstrations using Camtasia Studio. Ms. Calhoon designed a new Word template for the Department of Education Cash Management Life Cycle Training Participant's guide, and edited the participant and trainer guides as well as the training PowerPoint slides.
