Daily Duties at Spindle Company:
Handle all of my incoming calls. Place orders, stock and custom. All custom orders followed through from beginning to end. Give quotes, verbally and by e-mail and fax. Call back customers who leave a message. Handle customers orders that were unsatisfactory. Solve customers problems.Track packaged for customers. Create my own marketing mailing for all 5,000 of my accounts.
