Daily Duties at Internal Revenue Service:
Provide collection enforcement and compliance for delinquent tax returns and overdue tax balances from small business/self-employed individuals. Use conflict management, problem solving, oral and written communications. Leadership, team contact for all tax adjustments, QuickPad program expert-provide product/operational training. · Utilize investigative research to evaluate tax liability and analyze financial income ability. · Negotiate terms to expedite full payment, generate collection enforcement with levies and federal tax liens. · Educate and motivate taxpayers on voluntary compliance to federal tax laws and regulations.
