Daily Duties at Acs, Inc:
• Direct support for the companies owner • Conduct interviews • New hire orientation presentation, including explanation of new employee benefits • Professionally interact with clients, vendors, and customers via telephone and internet • Perform all facets of administrative duties, including, but not limited to filing, faxing, copying, and answering multi-lined telephone • Non-business/business related errand runs for company owner • Arrangement of all travel, lodging and transportation requests • Heavy data entry of new client/ new debtor information • Organization and scheduling of inter-office meetings, with clients and potential clients • First point of contact for couriers and vendors • Coordinate shipping and receiving • Supervision of productivity and performance on behalf of the staff • Payroll calculations/ entry, as well as the liaison to the outside Payroll company we use • Cash/ check handling • Creation of new client contracts • New business contact liaison • Accounts Payable/Receivable • Daily bank deposits
