Daily Duties at Zebra Technologies:

Provide daily leadership and direction for staff of the Client Care Department, in addition to demonstrating excellence in service and commitment to customer satisfaction. • Motivate, develop and manage the 30 members of the Client Care Department • Manage escalated issues for both external and internal customers • Monitor operational statistics to ensure proper service and staffing levels on a daily basis and report to management team monthly achievements • Identify and coach employee performance concerns • Provide new hiring training for the Repair Order Process • Lead and coordinate the hiring process for the Client Care Department • Coordinate weekly team meetings and lunch and learn training sessions • Administer performance appraisals and provide consistent feedback throughout the year • Create and maintain an environment that promotes positive communication, teamwork and fosters a fun and healthy atmosphere
