Daily Duties at Merrill Lynch:

• Serve as a central point of contact for Retirement Group business units in developing sales force communications materials; meet regularly with business groups to help them focus product strategies, identify communication needs and implement solutions • Work with business groups and other communications teams to develop action plans and campaigns, create messages, design materials and deploy to the appropriate audiences • Act as liaison between business groups, editor, designers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely materials creation • Manage distribution and obtain legal approval of communications materials, including Web sites, newsletters, e-mails, brochures and presentations
