• Applied structured programming techniques and adhere to coding standards to fix bugs or increase functionality for Allstate New Jersey’s Auto Insurance system that would evaluate and verify applicant’s data. • Provided business documentation for computer programs written and wrote code with internal documentation to ensure readability and functionality of the written code. • Executed and created test plans and documented results for computer programs, which would allow them to be written or enhanced. • Conveyed problems, solutions, updates and project status to coworkers, Allstate New Jersey, and management through weekly status meetings and weekly reports. • Created regression, negative, and positive tests for computer programs, which would allow code to be created or enhanced. • TECHNICAL SUMMARY Advanced COBOL/CICS, OS/MVS/JCL, Command-Level CICS/BMS, TSO/ISPF, SQL Plus, DB2, AS/400, Visual Age Generator
