Daily Duties at Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe:
Responsible for all internal communication in hotel, as well as act as point of contact for all human resources processes and activities. Assist in the running of the front office, yield management, coaching and counseling of team members, blocking guest room space for sales department as well as assist sales by taking walk in inquires and detailing of events. Also responsible for maintaining and enforcing Hilton standard training and paperwork.
