Daily Duties at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel:

Responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of all front office activities including, but not limited to the front desk, bell stand, concierge, concierge lounge, door and PBX. Also responsible for assisting with managing rooms and inventory as well as maintaining rate integrity on a daily basis. Assist in administrative actions like scheduling and payroll. Play an active role in the overall service and satisfaction of all guests and patrons to the hotel by managing day-to-day operations in the lobby.
