Daily Duties at Omni William Penn Hotel:

Ensure that front desk operates at peak efficiency to meet maximum utilization of guestroom availability in attaining high occupancies with minimum overbooking. Ensure management of the integrity of the rate structure and front office salesmanship. Ensure payroll costs and other expenses are properly monitored and controlled by scheduling accurately based upon occupancy and respond appropriately to inflation in business. Maintain open and clear communication with all internal departments. Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings to include daily stand up, guest service recovery, revenue merchandising and weekly staff meetings. Manage day-to-day operations by assisting the front desk as well as taking ownership of any guest issues brought to the front office’s attention.
